Use a breathable and lightweight cotton swaddling sheet  to wrap your baby for naps or night-time to gently limit the startle reflex and improve sleep quality. Swaddling cloth should be a minimum of 40 X40 inches to a max of 48 X 48 inches.

Scientific Benefit:  A controlled study published in Bioinformation (2024) showed that newborns who were swaddled experienced significantly longer deep sleep and fewer spontaneous arousals compared to non-swaddled babies, supporting the benefit of swaddling for improved sleep quality.
